World missions
Chandy & Betsy John
India · TriHope Children's Centers, 4 orphanages in India · Orphan Care, Compassion & Relief
Chandy and Betsy John run TriHope Children's Centers, four orphanages in India. Children arrive having lost their parents, and they are given a bed, food, school, medical care, and a household that treats them as its own. In a country where an orphaned child can disappear into the street or into trafficking, a place at a table is a form of rescue. Pray for the children in those four homes, and for the staff who raise them.
Pastor Joseph & Jorgina Ante
Nigeria & Dallas, TX · Joseph Ante Foundation · Leadership Training, Compassion & Relief, Children & Youth
Pastor Joseph Ante is Mustang Creek's youth pastor and a U.S. Army veteran, and every year he travels to Nigeria to minister. He is the founder of the Joseph Ante Foundation. Rooted in Assemblies of God heritage and trained in mental health counseling, Joseph mobilizes community driven transformation beyond the pulpit. The foundation operates across Nigeria, The Gambia, and Dallas, providing educational scholarships, clean water projects, mobile medical outreaches, and youth leadership empowerment. Pray for safe travel and open doors on each trip to Nigeria, for the volunteer medical teams, and for expanding educational opportunities for underprivileged West African children.
Adam & Alecia Fogleman
Namibia · Church Planting, Evangelism
Adam and Alecia Fogleman plant churches in Windhoek, Namibia, with Urban Tribes. After fifteen years in pastoral ministry and assignments in Tanzania and South Africa, they are helping build Multiply Church Windhoek. Their work brings people together through Bible studies, community gatherings, and Urban Tribes Coffee Co., creating space for friendships and conversations about Jesus. Pray for their family, the local team, and the people discovering faith as this new church grows.
Adrian & Kara Bonnette
Arab World · Evangelism, Leadership Training
Adrian and Kara Bonnette serve in the Arab World with their family of seven. Because this is a sensitive posting, details are kept private for their protection. What that means day to day is quiet, faithful work: building lifelong friendships, learning the language and culture, and living out the gospel in places where faith can be costly. Pray for their family's safety, for their five children, and for open hearts among the neighbors they long to see believe.
Amy Farley
Vietnam · Church Planting, Children & Youth
Amy Farley serves in Vietnam. She lives in a country where the church grows quietly and where a foreign worker is wise to keep a low profile, so the church says little about her days beyond that she is there and she is faithful. Her ministry is built on friendship and on the local believers who carry it forward. Pray for her language, for her courage, and for the Vietnamese Christians she serves beside.
Bob and Chrissy Godwin
Estonia · Church Planting, Leadership Training
Bob and Chrissy Godwin have served with Assemblies of God World Missions since 1994, previously spending nineteen years in Mongolia and now ministering in Estonia. Often called the least religious nation in the world, less than two percent of Estonians attend church. Through Reach Estonia, the Godwins are planting their second congregation in Tabasalu on the west side of Tallinn. Pray for responsive hearts in Tabasalu, for new believers being discipled, and for national leaders being trained to pastor.
Brad & Becky Schowengerdt
Solomon Islands · Church Planting, Leadership Training, Compassion & Relief
Brad and Becky Schowengerdt are career missionaries to the Solomon Islands, deploying in 2026 after pastoring in North Texas for seven years. Their goal is the light of Jesus reaching all nine provinces across nearly 1,000 islands. Brad trains village pastors and spearheads church planting via boat travel between islands, while Becky serves through medical clinics and health education as a certified Physician Assistant. Pray for travel safety across open ocean waters, for rapid fluency in Pijin, and for remote pastors being equipped.
Brandon & Melissa Newman
Scotland · Church Planting, Children & Youth
Brandon and Melissa Newman have served in Scotland since 2008 with their daughter Lexi. Finding creative doors into secular communities, they pioneered church in a coffee house and planted a congregation inside a fitness center. Brandon serves as pastoral director for Scottish basketball and team chaplain for the Caledonia Gladiators. In a culture where church attendance has fallen for decades, they disciple next-generation leaders. Pray for spiritual hunger across the nation, and for open hearts among the athletic families they mentor.
Brandy Wilson
International Anti-Trafficking · Rescue & Recovery, Missionary Support
Brandy Wilson spent more than twenty years walking with women who had survived sexual trauma. Three years ago she began noticing the same wounds in the missionaries she served beside, and her calling shifted. She now cares for global workers across Latin America and the Caribbean, showing up in a crisis and helping them heal so they can stay. Missionaries carry far more than most people ever see. Pray for the workers she is holding up this week.
Brian & Ruthie Gomez
Spain · Church Planting
Brian and Ruthie Gomez have served in Spain since 2009. As campus pastors of ICB El Vallès, they are planting a new church in Sant Cugat, an influential university and corporate hub just outside Barcelona. Spain has only had freedom to preach the gospel since the 1970s, and less than two percent of the nation is evangelical, making every congregation genuinely new ground. Ruthie continues a multigenerational missionary legacy in Spain. Pray that hearts open to God's love, and pray for the Spanish pastors they work beside.
Duane & Julia Martin
Mexico · Evangelism, Church Planting
Duane and Julia Martin are missionary evangelists to the Bajio District of Mexico, three states in the center of the country. Mexican churches call it the hardest ground in Latin America, with fewer than two people in a hundred following Jesus. The Martins hold crusades for children and adults, oversee building projects, and help plant new churches. Pray for the congregations they are strengthening and for families hearing the gospel for the first time.
Erin Dutton
Africa · Evangelism, Leadership Training
Erin Dutton serves in Africa. Hers is a sensitive posting, so the church prints her name and her continent and stops there. Behind that short line is ordinary missionary life in a place that asks for discretion: language, friendship, hospitality, and steady work alongside local believers who will carry the church forward long after any one worker leaves. Pray for her health and her courage, for the people she sees every week, and for the ones still waiting to hear.
Grayson Elam
Mongolia · Leadership Training, Evangelism
Grayson Elam serves in Mongolia. It is a country of vast distance and small population, where the church is young and where a handful of believers can change a whole town. Grayson is early in his missionary life, which means language study, friendship, and the slow work of learning a place before trying to lead in it. Pray for the Mongolian believers he serves beside, and for a strong start to a long calling.
John & Adriana Lungu
Moldova · Orphan Care, Rescue & Recovery
John and Adriana Lungu lead Journey to HOPE in Moldova, where their ministry has served for more than twenty years. Their work connects prayer, giving, and practical service with the call to make disciples. Through community outreach, meals, leadership training, and efforts to protect vulnerable young people from trafficking, they help people experience the hope of Jesus. Pray for wisdom for the Lungus, safety for those they serve, and lasting faith among the next generation of Moldovan leaders.
Marie Watson
Vietnam · Church Planting, Orphan Care, Children & Youth
Marie Watson and her late husband Joel served for years as Assemblies of God missionaries in Vietnam. Together, they established The River Church in Ho Chi Minh City, directed an orphanage, supervised a school for disadvantaged children, and mentored frontline workers, including MCCC missionary Amy Farley. Following Joel's sudden passing, Marie continues this vital gospel legacy in a nation where faith requires wisdom and perseverance. Pray for protection and endurance, for the orphan children in their care, and for the persevering Vietnamese believers.
Mark & Paula Boone
Europe · AGWM Europe Mobilization Lead & INSPIRE Project · Leadership Training, Church Planting, Evangelism
Mark and Paula Boone serve as Europe Mobilization Leads for Assemblies of God World Missions. Having previously served as executive pastors at Vienna Christian Center in Austria ministering across 90 nationalities, they now recruit, train, and strategically place the next wave of church-planting missionaries across Europe. Paula also directs the INSPIRE Project, reaching marginalized women and girls across 17 nations. Pray for receptive hearts in post-Christian Europe and for bold laborers to answer the call to plant new congregations.
Matt & Julie Hattabaugh
Beirut, Lebanon · Go Church Beirut & Rhema Bible College Lebanon · Church Planting, Leadership Training, Compassion & Relief
Matt and Julie Hattabaugh serve as missionaries in Beirut, Lebanon with CLUB1040. In a region navigating severe economic crisis and political volatility, they pastor Go Church Beirut and direct Rhema Bible College Lebanon, training Arab church planters and leaders across the Middle East. Their outreach provides critical food relief, medical aid, and spiritual shelter to refugee families. Pray for peace in Lebanon, for the safety of local believers, and that God's grace transforms lives across the Arab world.
The Foran Family
Israel & Palestine · Evangelism, Compassion & Relief
The Foran family serves in Israel and Palestine. Theirs is a sensitive posting, so the church prints a region and no faces, which is why their catalog photo is a skyline. They live and work in one of the most contested places on earth, among people who have every reason to be wary and every need to be loved. Pray for their safety, for wisdom in every conversation, and for peace in the towns they call home.
The Lund Family
Sensitive posting · Evangelism, Leadership Training
The Lund family serves in a sensitive posting, which is why the church prints their name and very little else. That decision is deliberate and it is the safest thing we can do for them. Their work looks like the work of every missionary family: learning a place, loving the people in it, serving the local church, and raising their children a long way from home. Pray for their protection, their health, and the friends God gives them.
Tim & Kristy Teague
Africa · Leadership Training, Church Planting
Tim and Kristy Teague have partnered with Assemblies of God World Missions since 2005. In 2017 they moved to Abidjan to work with the local church in education, church planting, and compassion ministry. Tim now trains French speaking church planters in person and online, through the North Texas District, Global University, and Bible schools across West Africa. Pray for the students in those classes, many of whom go straight back to towns that have no church.
Vince & Vicki Welch
Moshi, Tanzania · The Binti Project / Project Watu Kamili · Rescue & Recovery, Compassion & Relief, Leadership Training
Vince and Vicki Welch are career missionaries stationed at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro in Moshi, Tanzania. Through The Binti Project, they rescue and restore young women and teenage mothers seeking freedom from the commercial sex trade. Their two-year residential discipleship program provides secure housing, medical care, trauma counseling, and vocational business training in tailoring and culinary arts. Pray for these vulnerable women, for emotional and spiritual healing, and that each graduate builds a flourishing, independent future.
US missionaries
Robert & Judy Kennedy
USA & abroad · Pastor coaching, church multiplication & leadership training · Leadership Training, Church Planting, Evangelism
Pastors Robert and Judy Kennedy founded Mustang Creek Community Church in 2006, faithfully shepherding this congregation for nearly two decades through season, growth, and the miraculous 2012 tornado rebuilding. Following their retirement from pastoral leadership in 2026, they launched Kennedy Ministry Alliance to move the mission forward across the broader Church. Through KMA, they travel nationwide providing pastoral coaching, strategic consulting, church multiplication support, and leadership training. Pray for renewed strength and open doors as they invest in the next generation of spiritual leaders.
Danny & Anhel Noah
North Texas · Fellowship of Christian Athletes, local school campus outreach · Children & Youth, Evangelism
Danny and Anhel Noah serve with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, reaching local school campuses through sports. Coaches and teammates spend more hours with a teenager than almost anyone else, and the Noahs use that to open real conversations about faith. They lead huddles, mentor athletes and coaches, and show up at the games and practices where students already are. Pray for the athletes they meet this season, and for coaches carrying more than anyone realizes.
Daren & Heidi Walker
Dallas, Texas · Executive Director, Adult & Teen Challenge of Dallas · Rescue & Recovery, Leadership Training
Daren Walker serves as Executive Director of Adult and Teen Challenge of Dallas, joined by his wife Heidi. A graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a 13-year Assemblies of God missionary veteran who led Child Hope Guatemala, Daren brings deep pastoral experience to addiction recovery. Dallas Teen Challenge provides long-term, Christ-centered residential discipleship, vocational training, and spiritual restoration. Pray for men and women battling substance abuse, and for lasting transformation through Jesus Christ.
Eric & Trisha Porter
North Texas · Backyard Orphans · Orphan Care, Leadership Training
Eric and Trisha Porter serve with Backyard Orphans, which helps churches build foster care and adoption ministries of their own. More than four hundred thousand children are in foster care in this country and more than a hundred thousands are waiting for a family right now. Backyard Orphans has worked with over fourteen thousand churches since 2012. Pray for the North Texas churches they are training, and for the children still waiting for a family.
Jackson Sandefer
North Texas · Youth Alive campus ministries · Children & Youth, Evangelism
Jackson Sandefer leads Youth Alive campus ministries across North Texas. The idea is simple and hard: every campus reached by the students who already go there. He trains teenagers to start and lead Bible clubs at their own schools, speaks in assemblies, and coaches student leaders who are often the only Christian their friends know. Pray for the clubs meeting before first period, and for students brave enough to be the first at their school.
Jeremy & Jenny Aaron
Wichita Falls, Texas · Mustangs for Christ campus ministry · Children & Youth, Evangelism, Leadership Training
Jeremy and Jenny Aaron have dedicated their lives to disciple the next generation. After serving five years on a church-planting mission team in Falkirk, Scotland, Jeremy returned to Texas to become Director of Mustangs for Christ at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. Their campus ministry provides collegiate students with authentic biblical community, weekly Bible studies, personal mentoring, and mission trip opportunities. Pray for college students navigating critical life decisions, and that campus outreach sparks lifelong disciples of Jesus.
John & Rachel Stout
DFW, Texas · Runner's Refuge, homeless ministry DFW · Compassion & Relief, Rescue & Recovery
John and Rachel Stout run Runner's Refuge, a ministry to people who are homeless, hungry, and sick across the Dallas Fort Worth area. Their South Dallas Urban Impact Center offers meals, clothing, discipleship classes, and help starting a small business, because getting off the street takes more than a sandwich. They have moved twenty people into permanent housing. Pray for the people who walk in this week, and for the volunteers who cook and serve.
Kevin & Hannah O'Conner
Springfield, Missouri · AG World Prayer Center · Missionary Support, Leadership Training
Kevin and Hannah O'Conner serve at the AG World Prayer Center in Springfield, Missouri. It is a place built for one job: praying, day after day, for missionaries and for the countries they serve. Requests come in from workers all over the world, and somebody has to carry them. That is quiet work with no audience, and it holds up everything else on this wall. Pray for their family, and for the requests on their list today.
Missions organizations
BGMC
Worldwide · Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge, missions education program in the Assemblies of God · Children & Youth, Missionary Support
BGMC, the Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge, is how the youngest children in this church learn to care about the world. Kids give their own coins, pray for missionaries by name, and hear the stories behind the map. The program has run since 1947 and the money buys real things for real workers in dozens of countries. Pray for the children giving out of their own pockets, and for the habits that start there.
Church Rescue
USA & Texas · Emergency church turnaround & pastoral grants · Church Planting, Leadership Training, Compassion & Relief
Church Rescue is a dedicated revitalization initiative founded by Chris Sonksen of Church Boom to prevent local church closures across America. Facing mounting cultural and financial headwinds, thousands of congregations shutter annually. Church Rescue intervenes with emergency pastoral coaching, comprehensive turnaround strategies, leadership development, and direct emergency financial grants to stabilize struggling rural and community churches. Pray for fatigued pastors on the brink of quitting, and for revitalized congregations to shine brightly in their neighborhoods.
Convoy of Hope
Worldwide · Disaster relief worldwide · Compassion & Relief, Rescue & Recovery
Convoy of Hope works out of Springfield, Missouri and goes wherever people are hungry or hurting. It feeds more than six hundred thousand children every school day, responds to disasters with its own trucks and warehouses, and trains women to start businesses so they can feed their families. It has answered more than eight hundred and fifty disasters. Pray for the teams deployed right now, and for children who eat today because somebody gave.
Dallas Metro Ministries
Dallas, Texas · Inner-city youth & family outreach · Children & Youth, Evangelism, Compassion & Relief
Dallas Metro Ministries has brought hope to the inner city of Dallas since 1993. Founded by AG U.S. Missionaries Clay and Barbara Wallace, the ministry pioneered weekly Sidewalk Sunday School truck outreaches, taking the gospel straight into high-risk apartment complexes. Today, Metro reaches thousands of children weekly with meals, school supplies, and discipleship, alongside their Forever Families residential restoration program for mothers in crisis. Pray for safety on the streets and for generational cycles of poverty to break.
Fire Bibles
Worldwide · Translating the Bible into every language · Missionary Support, Evangelism
Fire Bibles put a full study Bible into the hands of Pentecostal believers in their own heart language. The notes and articles run to well over a million words, explaining Scripture and the work of the Holy Spirit for readers who often have no other study tool. The project has passed four million copies in more than seventy languages across a hundred nations. Pray for the translators working now, and for pastors who will preach from these pages.
Glory Gang
Nacogdoches, TX · At risk youth outreach · Children & Youth, Evangelism
Glory Gang has reached at risk children in Nacogdoches County for more than twenty years. Every Sunday nine bus routes bring kids in for a meal, live worship, and time with adults who know their names. More than four hundred children eat there each week. Volunteers also visit homes, encourage families, and help with food, clothing, school supplies, and camp. Pray for the drivers and the cooks, and for children finding their identity in Christ.
Light for the Lost
Worldwide · Christian education and training in every language · Evangelism, Missionary Support
Light for the Lost buys the tools of evangelism and gives them away. Since 1953 it has funded gospel literature, and now audio, video, apps, and web resources as well, so a missionary never has to choose between reaching people and paying for the materials to do it. Every dollar given goes to evangelism and nothing else. Pray for the missionaries requesting resources this month, and for the people who will read what those gifts print.
Pleasant Hills
North Texas · Children's home for orphans · Orphan Care, Children & Youth
Pleasant Hills Children's Home takes in children and teenagers in Texas who need a home, and takes them based on need rather than on what a family can pay. Children live in cottages of up to twelve, with house parents, school, church, and the ordinary rhythms most kids get for free. Pray for the house parents who do the daily work, for children arriving in the middle of a hard year, and for the ones aging out.
Speed the Light
Worldwide · Providing equipment and transportation to missionaries · Missionary Support
Speed the Light is how Assemblies of God students fund the equipment missionaries cannot do without. Teenagers raise the money, and it buys vehicles, boats, generators, and sound systems for workers trying to reach places where roads barely go. The gift is practical and the point is bigger. Young people learn to care about the world by paying for a piece of the work. Pray for the students raising funds, and for the missionaries waiting on keys.
Teen/Life Challenge
North Texas · Freedom from addiction · Rescue & Recovery, Leadership Training
Teen and Life Challenge offers men a way out of addiction through a long, Christ centered recovery program. Residents live in community, work, study, and learn the habits that make freedom last, and many find a job through the ministry's own coffee roasting and woodworking businesses. Roughly three out of four are still sober and working a year after they graduate. Pray for the men in the program now, and for the families waiting on them.
Traffick911
North Texas · Freeing youth from sex trafficking · Rescue & Recovery, Children & Youth
Traffick911 is a North Texas organization committed to freeing children and youth from the horrors of sex trafficking. Operating across six North Texas counties, their 24/7 crisis response team deploys within 60 minutes alongside local law enforcement to assist recovered victims. Through their signature Voice and Choice program, trauma-informed advocates walk alongside survivors for multi-year healing, housing stability, and education. Pray for the complete restoration of young survivors, and for wisdom and strength for frontline advocates.
