- Serve for 90 DaysJoin the team and serve for 90 days. You can go as often as every other week or as little as once a quarter.
- Review and Next StepsAt the end of the 90 days, the leader reconnects with you. You can stay in your role, explore a new one, or try a different ministry.

Our small groups are where you go from a face in the crowd to truly known. Every group follows the same simple rhythm:
- Hang out — walk in to food and friendly faces ready to welcome you.
- Study & discuss — dig into Scripture and real life in a safe space to be known.
- Pray & celebrate — share what's really going on and pray for each other.
